A favorite local loop that travels across area farmland to the small town of Gateway. The whole route has great views of the Cascade Volcanoes, including Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson and the Three Sisters. (less)

A hilly gravel ride to the east of Madras. If ridden clockwise it has a great downhill ride back into town with great views of the Cascade Mountains. The road is mostly hard packed dirt with light cinder on top and a few sections of heavier gravel or mud after a rain. The whole route is scenic and fun to ride. (less)

This is a great ride across the Columbia Plateau. Starting in the small town of Moro, this route heads north through farmland before dropping through a beautiful canyon to the Columbia River. On the return to Moro, the route passes through rolling grain fields full of giant, white wind turbines. (less)

A beautiful ride that drops through a basalt canyon to Twickenham. The ride can start in either Fossil or Mitchell and can be shortened to about 67 miles by not going the full way to the other town. (less)
